Booking Process 1. When you contact us to make a booking, we will help you select the best possible cabin to suit your needs based on our current availability and can place a cabin on hold for you for up to a week. 2. To confirm a cabin, we require a non-refundable deposit of $US 500 per person. This can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or wire transfer. Once we have received your deposit, we will mail you a confirmation letter, pre trip information and reservation and medical forms. We will also send you information on hotels, airport transfers and tours which can be booked through us. 3. We ask that you forward completed reservation and medical forms to us via fax or mail within 60 days of booking confirmation. You must also keep a copy of the medical form to be taken to the ship with you. 4. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure and can be paid by Visa, MasterCard, cheque or wire transfer. Once we have received final payment and the necessary forms from you, we will mail the final set of documents, including a numbered Participation Ticket. Take this ticket to the ship with you and let us take care of the rest! |
