Spitsbergen-Realm of the Polar Bear Trip Code: PS102-13 In the days leading up to the peak of the Midnight Sun the pristine scenery will astound and early in the season, the ice is at its most spectacular before the summer melt. This is an extremely busy time of year for birds so the bird watching is excellent. Wildlife sightings may include whale, walrus and the “king” himself – the Polar Bear. Experience Arctic nature “up close” and see wildlife in its natural habitat through Zodiac cruising and landings on the tundra and along the shores of the fjords.
